1. The present restoration application has been filed by the appellant seeking restoration of S.B. Criminal Leave to Appeal No. 457/2024, which was dismissed vide order dated 07.07.2025 pursuant to the peremptory order dated 12.11.2024 for non- removal of the defects.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the defects could not be removed within the stipulated time; however, all the defects have now been removed.
