1. This misc. bail application has been filed by the accused- petitioner Kasam S/o Juhru, who was arrested by the police in connection with the FIR bearing No.114/2013 dated 23.08.2013 registered at Police Station Khoh, District Bharatpur, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 332, 353, 307 of I.P.C. The bail application of the accused-petitioner was rejected by the Additional District & Sessions Judge Deeg (Raj.), vide order dated 25.05.2026. Thereafter, the accused-petitioner has preferred this bail application under Section 483 of the B.N.S.S, 2023.

2. Learned counsel submits that accused-petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he had no information about the same. He further submits that now he has been arrested by the police in connection with the FIR of the year 2013.

[2026:RJ-JP:35309] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-8751/2026] In view thereof, learned counsel prays that the accused-petitioner may be enlarged on bail and he is ready to join the investigation.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor strongly opposes the bail application and submits that the petitioner was absconding, therefore, the charge-sheet was filed under Section 299 of Cr.P.C. He further pointed out that 15 cases are pending against the petitioner which is recorded by the learned Trial Court in the bail rejection order.

4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.

5. After considering the overall facts and circumstances, serious criminal antecedents as recorded by the learned Trial Court in the bail rejection order, and the fact that the petitioner was avoiding his arrest, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the present accused-petitioner on bail.

6. Consequently, this criminal misc. bail application is hereby dismissed at this stage. (RAVI CHIRANIA),J 141/RINCHU
