Counsel for petitioner states that during course of pendency of this writ petition, order on the pending application under Section 9 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 has been passed by the Commercial Court, hence in that view, the prayer made in the instant writ petition for expeditious hearing to decide the application under Section 9 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, has rendered infructuous.
