02/09/2026 The present misc. petition has been preferred by the petitioners under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the FIR No.244/2020 registered at Police Station Nayapura District Kota City. As per the status report, the matter has already been decided by the learned Trial Court on 08.03.2025 & therefore, the present misc. petition has rendered infructuous and the same may be dismissed as such.
