1. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner made a limited prayer that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation to the Competent Authority in regard to the grievances raised in the present writ petition.
2. In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondent- competent authority with regard to the grievance raised in the present petition within a period of 15 days from today.
3. In case, the respondents receive any representation from the petitioner within above given time, the same be considered and
