Order
01/09/2026 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant bail application at this stage with liberty to file afresh after recording the statement of the complainant. Permission sought for is granted. Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The learned Trial Court is directed to record the statement of the complainant on priority basis preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of passing of this order.
