01/09/2026 Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing at some length seeks to withdraw this second bail application at this stage. In view of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present second bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to move a fresh bail application after examination of the Investigating officer.
