1. This misc. bail application has been filed by the accused- petitioner Khalid S/o Hanif, who was arrested by the police in connection with the FIR bearing No.66/2026 dated 09.05.2026 registered at Police Station Kaithwara, District Deeg, for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 61(2)(a) of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 66D of IT Act, 2008. The bail application of the accused-petitioner was rejected by the Additional District & Sessions Judge Kaman, Dist. Deeg (Raj.), vide order dated 26.05.2026. Thereafter, the accused-petitioner has preferred this bail application under Section 483 of the B.N.S.S, 2023.

2. Learned counsel submits that accused-petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further [2026:RJ-JP:34802] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-9458/2026] submits that the police, after conducting the investigation, has filed the charge-sheet against him and he is behind the bars since 09.05.2026. However, learned counsel fairly admits that accused- petitioner has one criminal antecedent registered in the year 2025. In view thereof, learned counsel prays that the accused- petitioners may be enlarged on bail.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor strongly opposes the bail application.

4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.

5. This Court, after considering the overall facts and circumstances and also noticing the allegations as leveled against the accused-petitioner, noted that the petitioner is repeatedly engaging himself in the cyber crimes and is not ready to correct his acts. In view of the above facts, this Court, while also noticing the fact that there is a serious increase in number of cyber crimes in the areas of adjoining District Deeg and Bharatpur, is not inclined to enlarge the present accused-petitioner on bail.

7. Consequently, this criminal misc. bail application is hereby dismissed at this stage. (RAVI CHIRANIA),J 54/RINCHU
