1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.

2. The present misc. bail application has been preferred by the accused- petitioners Keshav Chand S/o Hari Babu and Ayodhya D/o Bhaggaram, under Section 482 of B.N.S.S., 2023, apprehending their arrest in connection with the FIR No.336/2025 dated 14.07.2025 registered at Police Station New Mandi Hindaun, District Karauli for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. Learned counsel submits that the accused-petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that they have been falsely implicated in the

(2 of 3) [CRLMB-10867/2026] present case only on the basis that they were witnesses to a document which was executed on 15.10.2010 in respect of the property in question. Learned counsel submits that the main accused Soni W/o Mahendra Kumar has already been enlarged on bail by the learned Trial Court in the bail application filed under Section 483 BNSS by order dated 30.03.2026. It is further submitted that the main accused and the complainant are close relatives and their civil dispute is pending before the Competent Court, therefore, the complete allegations as leveled against them are false and baseless. In view thereof, learned counsel prays that accused-petitioners may be extended the benefit of anticipatory bail.

4. Learned Public Prosecutor strongly opposes the bail application.

5. Considering overall facts and circumstance of the present case, the fact that main accused Soni W/o Mahendra Kumar has already been enlarged on bail by learned Trial Court on 30.03.2026, this Court is inclined to exercise its powers under Section 482 of B.N.S.S., 2023, and deems it just and proper to grant the benefit of anticipatory bail to the accused-petitioners.

6. Accordingly, this criminal misc. bail application filed by the accused-petitioners under Section 482 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest of accused-petitioners Keshav Chand S/o Hari Babu and Ayodhya D/o Bhaggaram in connection with the FIR No. 336/2025 dated 14.07.2025 registered at Police Station New Mandi Hindaun, District Karauli, shall be enlarged on bail provided they furnishes a personal bond in a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sound and solvent sureties of

(3 of 3) [CRLMB-10867/2026] Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of concerned I.O./S.H.O. on the following conditions:-

(i) they shall make themselves available for interrogation by Investigating Officer as and when required and co-operate in the investigation;

(ii) they shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade them from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any Police Officer;

(iii) they shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court.

7. The petitioners are further directed not to take undue advantage of liberty or misuse liberty. It is made clear that the observation as made by this Court in the bail application will not affect the trial of the case. (RAVI CHIRANIA),J 128/RINCHU
