31/08/2026 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present criminal misc. bail application with liberty to surrender before the learned Trial Court and prayed that the learned Trial Court be directed to consider the bail application preferably on the same day. In view of the submission made, the present criminal misc. bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
