[2026:RJ-JP:34870] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-5333/2019] granted regular bail by this Court. It has also been apprised to this Court that that after passing of the order impugned, charges have been framed against the petitioner for the above stated offences way back in the year 2022 and the trial has commenced and statements of certain witnesses has also been recorded. Hence, a prayer has been made for passing appropriate orders under the changed circumstances.

3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer.

4. Heard and considered the submissions made at the Bar and perused the material available on the record.

5. Considering the above stated facts, this Court is of the considered opinion that under the changed circumstances, the instant petition has become infructuous.

6. Accordingly, the instant criminal misc. petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous. The stay application and all pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.

7. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to take all ground which have been taken before this Court and all available defence at the appropriate stage of the trial. (ANOOP KUMAR DHAND),J KuD/1
