Order
31/08/2026 Instant application has been preferred under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 on behalf of the petitioner for recalling the peremptory order dt.27.05.2026 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court alongwith the subsequent order dt.29.06.2026 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, whereby the S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No.796/2023 filed by the petitioner was dismissed on account of peremptory order. For the reasons detailed out in the memo of the application & upon hearing ld. counsel appearing for the petitioner, the application is allowed. The order dt.27.05.2026 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, alongwith the subsequent order dt.29.06.2026 passed by Registrar (Judicial) of this Court is hereby, recalled. S.B.
