Order

31/08/2026 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the impugned order which is under challenge in the present writ petition, the petitioner has also preferred an appeal before the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal. However, at that relevant time since the Tribunal was not functioning regularly, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

[2026:RJ-JP:34761] (2 of 2) [CW-17110/2026] Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the Tribunal is now functioning and, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition so as to pursue the appeal preferred by the petitioner. In view of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the appeal preferred by him before the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal. All pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of. (GANESH RAM MEENA),J Sudha/21
