4. Heard counsel for petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

5. Having considered the overall facts and circumstances of the present case and the fact that in the present FIR, after investigation, charge-sheet has been filed for offences under Section 318(4) of BNS and Section 66D of the IT Act, which are triable by the Magistrate; petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent; petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2026 and conclusion of trial will take considerable time, but without commenting on merits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to release the petitioner on bail.

6. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner Dilip Kumar Saini S/o Bodan Lal Saini, shall be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.

7. However, it is made clear that if the petitioner is found involved in similar offence, during bail granted by this Court or breach of this condition is reported or come to the notice of the Court, the same shall be a reason for the trial Court to cancel the bail, granted by this Court.
