1. Instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by petitioners under Section 482 BNSS, apprehending their arrest in connection with FIR No.63/2026 registered at Police Station Bansur, District Kotputli-Behror for the offences under Sections 189(2), 115(2), 126(2) & 103(1) of BNS, 2023.
2. Counsel for petitioners, having instructions from the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application.
