1. Learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw the present petitions with the liberty to file fresh petition if the need so arises in future.
2. Howsoever, the respondents has raised objection to the said. They will also be at a liberty to tile appropriate response to be if liberty is utilised.
3. Accordingly, the present petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for being granted.
