1. The present restoration application has been filed by the applicants for restoration of S.B. Civil Misc. Appeal No.6288/2017, which was dismissed vide order dated 20.11.2025 in furtherance of the peremptory order dated 17.07.2025 for want of filing required notices along with fresh address.
2. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and the averments made in the present restoration application, this Court deems just and proper to allow the same subject to depositing the cost of Rs.1000/- with the Rajasthan High Court Bar Association, Jaipur, by the applicants.
3. Accordingly, present restoration application stands allowed.
4. On submission of the receipt of depositing the above mentioned cost amount, S.B. Civil Misc. Appeal No.6288/2017 be restored to its original number and position. (GANESH RAM MEENA),J 58/ARTI SHARMA
