[2026:RJ-JP:33669-DB] (2 of 2) [HC-274/2026] Pursuant to order of this Court, the alleged detenue Ms. “N.S.” is produced before us by Mr. Surendra Singh, SI, PS Bassi, Jaipur assisted by Ms. Suman Devi, SI, PS Kanota. Indisputably, she is major. On interaction, she stated that she wants to go with the petitioner-her husband, present in Court, duly identified by her as also by his learned counsel. Since, Ms. “N.S.” is major, she is at liberty to go wherever she desires. On that premise, this habeas corpus petition is disposed of with a direction to the police authorities to let Ms. “N.S.” go with the petitioner, present in Court and to ensure her safe return to the place of her choice.
