2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material available on record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the matter. It is further

[2026:RJ-JP:33464] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-11513/2026] submitted that co-accused Raju S/o Shri Pappu Singh and Gore Lal @ Bablu S/o Shri Than Singh have already been enlarged on bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.09.2024. Learned counsel also submitted that the after completion of investigation, charge-sheet has already been filed. Lastly, learned counsel submitted that the petitioners are in judicial custody since 04.07.2026 and the trial of the case will take sufficiently long time, therefore, the benefit of bail may be granted to the accused-petitioners.

4. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application.

5. Having considered the rival submissions, facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail.

6. Consequently, the bail applications under Section 483 of BNSS (Old Section 439 Cr.P.C.) are allowed. It is ordered that the accused-petitioners (1) Narendra S/o Late Munnalal and

(2) Gumani Singh S/o Keshav Singh, arrested in connection with FIR No.211/2024 registered at Police Station Sadar Dholpur, District Dholpur shall be released on bail provided each of them furnishes a personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- and two sureties of Rs.50,000/- each, to the satisfaction of learned trial court, for their appearance before that court on each & every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till completion of the trial.
