1. Instant restoration application has been filed by and on behalf of Union of India seeking to restore the S.B. Civil Misc. Appeal No.962/2024.

2. It has been submitted that appeal was filed challenging the award dated 11.12.2023 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Jaipur.

3. Since the compensation amount has already been disbursed, hence, appeal itself has become infructuous, in that view,

[2026:RJ-JP:33640] (2 of 2) [CRES-302/2025] applicant-appellant does not want to pursue the appeal on merit and there is no purpose to continue this restoration application.

4. Accordingly, the restoration application is dismissed as not press. (SUDESH BANSAL),J 29/NITIN
