1. As per the office report dated 05.09.2024, the notice issued to plaintiff/respondent No. 1-Harjit Singh S/o Sh. Kanhiyalal, on 07.06.2024, was received back with a report stating that he had expired.
2. Thereafter, the matter was listed before this Court on 20.05.2026, wherein the learned counsel for the appellants was directed to take the necessary steps in this regard; however, as of today, no steps have been taken by the appellants to bring the legal representatives of the deceased plaintiff/respondent No. 1- Harjit Singh S/o Sh. Kanhiyalal, on record.
