1. The applicant/petitioner has moved this civil misc. application for revival of the contempt petition No.677/2020 decided on 01.03.2024.
2. Having gone through the order dated 01.03.2024, the stand of the respondents that they have complied with the order of the Court and also the fact that the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner is not in a position to point out any deficiency in making compliance by the respondents, this Court finds no ground to revive the contempt petition.
3. Accordingly, this civil misc. application filed by the applicant/petitioner for revival of the contempt petition, is dismissed. (GANESH RAM MEENA),J 60/ARTI SHARMA
