Order
18/08/2026
1. Appellant is plaintiff and has preferred this civil miscellaneous appeal under Order 43 Rule 1 (r) CPC, assailing the order dated 18.07.2026 passed by Additional District Judge No.8, Jaipur Metropolitan-II, whereby and whereunder on the application for temporary injunction filed by appellant, ad interim injunction has been declined.
[2026:RJ-JP:32916] (2 of 2) [CMA-3529/2026]
2. In the order impugned, trial Court has considered the prima facie case extensively and then declined to grant ad interim injunction order.
3. Counsel for appellant-plaintiff, after arguing the appeal but before dictating the order, prays for withdrawal of the appeal.
4. In that view, without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits against the impugned order, instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. All pending application(s), if any, stand(s) disposed of.
6. A copy of this order be sent to the trial Court, forthwith. (SUDESH BANSAL),J 11/RONAK JAIMAN
