1. Instant civil miscellaneous appeal has been filed by and on behalf of defendants, feeling aggrieved by grant of injunction on
(4 of 4) [CMA-3824/2024] the application for temporary injunction filed by respondents- plaintiffs in the civil suit for partition.
2. Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents-plaintiffs states at bar that the civil suit itself has been decided during course of appeal, hence in that view, challenge to the injunction order passed on temporary injunction application has rendered infructuous.
3. In the light of statement made by counsel for respondents, instant appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
4. All pending application(s), if any, stand(s) disposed of.
