17/08/2026 This is plaintiff's appeal against dismissal of application for temporary injunction. It has further been submitted that during course of appeal, the main suit for specific performance has been disposed of in view of mutual settlement arrived at between the parties, hence in that view, instant appeal has rendered infructuous. Accordingly, application (IA No.1/2026) for dismissing the appeal as having become infructuous, is allowed. All pending application(s), if any, stand(s) disposed of.
