1. The first bail application of the applicant was decided by this Court vide order dated 03.07.2026, granting liberty to the applicant to renew her prayer for bail, after completion of investigation and submission of charge-sheet.

2. The present second bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed by the applicant in connection with FIR No.149/2026, registered at the Police Station C.P.S. Jaipur, ACB District, wherein she has been charged for the offences punishable under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that after investigation, charge-sheet has already been submitted against the applicant. Counsel submits that a sum of Rs.5,000/- has been recovered at the instance of the applicant and she has been in

(2 of 2) [CRLMB-12534/2026] custody since June, 2026. He further submits that the trial will take its own time to conclude, therefore, indulgence of bail be granted to the applicant.

4. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer.

Considering the arguments put forward by learned counsel for the applicant and looking to the fact that after completion of investigation, charge-sheet has already been submitted against the applicant and she has been in custody since June, 2026 and looking to the fact that trial will take its own time to conclude and without expressing any opinion on merits and demerits of the case, this Court deems it just and appropriate to grant indulgence of bail to the applicant under Section 483 BNSS.

6. Accordingly, the instant second bail application filed by the applicant under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that accused-applicant Asha Devi W/o Hitendra Pal Yadav, arrested in connection with aforementioned FIR, may be released on bail; provided she furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with two surety bonds of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and, as and when called upon to do so.
