1. Petitioners’ application under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC was dismissed vide order dated 04.07.2018 whereagainst this writ petition has been filed.
2. During course of writ petition, an application (IA No.1/2026) has been filed, seeking to withdraw the writ petition in view of the facts that parties have mutually settled the dispute.
3. Application has not been opposed by the respondent.
4. In that view, application (IA No.1/2026) is allowed.
