[2026:RJ-JP:32207-DB] (2 of 2) [HC-284/2026] Pursuant to order of this Court, Mr. Narayan Lal Maida, SI assisted by Ms. Dipika, LCT 1007, PS Dowara, District Doongarpur have produced Ms. ‘NP’ before us. Indisputably, she is major. On interaction, she stated that she is not in illegal detention and is residing with her parents. She wanted to go back to her parents. Since, Ms. ‘NP’ is major, she is free to reside wherever she wants. On that premise, this habeas corpus petition is disposed of with a direction to the police authorities to leave her back to her parental home.
