Order
14/08/2026 Pursuant to order of this Court dated 13.8.2026, Mr. Gur Bhupendra Singh, SHO, Sanganer, Sadar, along with Ms. Mausmi,
[2026:RJ-JP:32202-DB] (2 of 2) [HC-296/2026] Mahila Constable, MFC No. 10200 have produced Ms. ‘NV’ before us. Indisputably, she is major. On interaction, she stated that she wants to go with the petitioner-present in Court. Since, Ms. ‘NV’ is major, she is at liberty to go wherever she wants. This habeas corpus petition is disposed of with abovementioned observation.
