1. Instant restoration application has been filed for restoring S.B. Civil Misc. Appeal No. 4927/2025, which came to be dismissed in default vide order dated 22.01.2026.
2. Taking into consideration reasons mentioned in the application and that the application has filed within limitation, this Court deems it just and proper to allow the instant restoration application.
3. Accordingly, the instant restoration application is allowed and S.B. Civil Misc. Appeal No.4927/2025 is allowed to be restored to its original number. (SUDESH BANSAL),J 25/NITIN
