Order

12/08/2026

(2 of 3) [CCP-1001/2026]

1. This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioners for non-compliance of the order dated 28.01.2026.

2. Vide order dated 28.01.2026, the Court directed to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 14.10.2025 sent by the petitioners in light of Pawan Meena Vs. State of Rajasthan and Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1665/2024).

3. Considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the material made available on record.

4. The petitioners have not enclosed the copy of the legal notice dated 14.10.2025 as regards which the directions were issued by the Court to the respondents to decide the same.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is also not able to show that what specific relief has been claimed by the petitioners by submitting the legal notice dated 14.10.2025 and which authority has to decide the legal notice of the petitioners.

6. For want of the specific relief, no direction can be issued to a particular authority to decide the legal notice for the reasons that the issue, as has been raised by the petitioners, is in connection with various authorities. As far as the Rajasthan Paramedical Council is concerned, the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners have made registration with it, but nothing has been decided by the authorities of the Rajasthan Paramedical Council.

7. As regards the consideration of the candidature of the petitioners to the post of Assistant Radiographer is concerned in pursuance of the advertisement dated 12.06.2020, the petitioners

(3 of 3) [CCP-1001/2026] were not registered with the Rajasthan Paramedical Council on the date of last cutoff date for submitting the application form, therefore, he could not consider as an eligible candidate for the recruitment and, therefore, nothing more is to be considered and decided by the Recruiting Agency, i.e. Medical Health Department.

8. Accordingly, this Court finds no merit in the contempt petition and same is dismissed. (GANESH RAM MEENA),J 20/ARTI SHARMA
