12/08/2026 In view of the judgment of this Court dated 06.08.2026 passed in D.B. Criminal Appeal No. 81/2026: State of Rajasthan Vs. Anita Meena & Anr., learned counsels for the applicants/appellants in Suspension of Sentence Applications No. 1177/2025 and 265/2026 as well as in Criminal Appeals No. 1598/2025 and 1816/2025 want to withdraw the aforesaid applications as well as the appeals.
