Order
12/08/2026 This restoration application has been filed by the applicants/appellants for restoration of the S.B. Civil Misc. Appeal No.287/2018 which was dismissed vide order dated 15.02.2024 pursuant to peremptory order dated 18.10.2023 for want of submitting required PF and notices. Having regard to the submissions made by counsel for the applicant and the averments made in the restoration application, the Court deems just and proper to allow the same subject to cost of Rs.1,000/- to be paid with the Rajasthan High Court Bar Association, Jaipur. Accordingly, the restoration application is allowed. On submitting the receipt of depositing the cost amount, S.B. Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.287/2018 be restored to its original number.
