Order
10/08/2026
1. This writ petition has been filed by petitioner, impugning the orders dated 29.07.2024 and 07.07.2026, dismissing application for temporary injunction so also appeal filed thereagainst.
2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the copy of plaint, written statements and other documents in this writ petition has inadvertently been filed, which pertains to another civil suit and not to the civil suit wherein the impugned orders were passed. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of this writ petition with liberty to file afresh, by enclosing the correct enclosures.

3. In view of above, writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
4. The certified copies of impugned orders dated 29.07.2024 and 07.07.2026 may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner, after retaining the photostat copies on record.
