1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of both the parties submit that, with the able efforts of their friends and family members, the parties have amicably settled their differences and arrived at an out-of-Court settlement.
2. The parties are present-in-person. They have been interacted with and they would jointly submit that they have arrived at the settlement voluntarily, without any coercion and undue influence.
3. In view thereof, the present appeal stands disposed of by making the parties bound by the terms of settlement. Since the matter has been settled out of Court, the Court fees deposited by the appellant at the time of filing the appeal shall be refunded in
[2026:RJ-JP:31057-DB] (2 of 2) [CFA-808/2023] accordance with law, upon an application being filed by the appellant before the Registry.
