Order
07/08/2026 Learned Public Prosecutor submits the factual report No.4289 dated 30.07.2026 from SHO, PS Pirawa, District Jhalawar (Raj). According to the factual report, the final report No.09/26 has been proposed in 'Adam Vakuu galatfahmi' in FIR No.207/2025, PS Pirawa District Jhalawar and there is no need of investigation from the accused-petitioner-Golu Maharaj @ Jahir Kureshi. In view of the above final report, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this criminal misc. anticipatory bail.
