06/08/2026 This appeal has filed by the appellant challenging the order dated 05.02.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge. A bare perusal of the order dated 05.02.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge shows that the said order was passed with the consent of learned counsel for the parties relying upon the judgment passed in the matter of Jitendra Kumar Vs. State of
(3 of 3) [SAW-504/2026] Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.6740/2024) decided on 19.09.2025. In that view of the matter, no case is made out for interference by this Court. Hence, the present appeal stands dismissed. All the pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the appellant to file review petition, if so advised.
