1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, inadvertently, he filed the present bail application on behalf of the accused, although he had already filed S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 9537/2026.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner therefore seeks permission to withdraw present bail application i.e. S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 11336/2026.
