Order
06/08/2026 Heard on the application seeking revival of the order dated 29.11.2024 passed in D.B. PIL Writ Petition No. 17812/2024.
[2026:RJ-JP:30839-DB] (2 of 2) [WMAP-95/2026] Learned counsel for the applicant submits that while disposing of the aforesaid writ petition vide order dated 29.11.2024, this Court had granted liberty to the petitioner to seek revival of the petition in the event the representation submitted by him was not decided within a period of four months. It is further submitted that despite the lapse of the stipulated period and repeated efforts made by the applicant, the respondents have failed to take any decision on the said representation.
