06/08/2026

1. By way of instant writ petition, petitioner has impugned the order dated 22.04.2025 passed in Civil Misc. Appeal No.8/2025 by District Judge, Jaipur District, Jaipur, dismissing his appeal and affirming the order dated 15.03.2025 passed in application No.

[2026:RJ-JP:30733] (2 of 2) [CW-8463/2025] 51/2024 by the Civil Judge, Jamwaramgarh, District Jaipur, whereby application for temporary injunction filed by the petitioners-plaintiffs has been rejected.

2. Counsel for petitioners submits that the civil suit itself has been dismissed vide judgment dated 01.07.2026, hence, in that view, petitioners do not want to pursue this writ petition and an application (1/2026) for withdrawal of writ petition has been filed.

3. In view of above, application (1/2026) is allowed. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. Stay application and other pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of. (SUDESH BANSAL),J 50/NITIN
