1. Heard on application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal.
2. For the reasons mentioned in the application, same is hereby allowed.
3. Delay in filing the appeal is condoned.
4. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the core issue raised in the present appeal stands authoritatively settled by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the matter of ‘State of Rajasthan & Ors. Versus Amar Singh & Ors.’ (D.B. Civil Special Appeal [Writ] No. 482 of 2026).
5. In that view of the matter, this appeal is dismissed in view of the judgment passed in the matter of ‘State of Rajasthan & Ors.’ (supra).
