1. Instant Misc. Application has been filed seeking to correct an inadvertent error, occurred while passing the order dated 02.07.2026, in S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.10403/2026, as in para Nos.3, 4 and 6 of the order, wherein instead of referring “arrears of rent”, words “arrears of mesne profits” have been mentioned, hence, it has been prayed that such error may be corrected in the final order dated 02.07.2026.
2. Counsel for both the parties does not dispute that the order dated 02.07.2026 in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10403/2026 was passed by this Court in furtherance to the final order dated 09.01.2026 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.96/2026. In para
[2026:RJ-JP:30472] (2 of 2) [WMAP-407/2026] No.3(ii) of the basic final order dated 09.01.2026, it has been mentioned that "The petitioner shall pay all the arrears of the rent as per the decree within a period of four weeks."

In that view of the matter, mentioning of words “arrears of mesne profits” in para Nos.3, 4 and 6 of the order dated 02.07.2026, apparently appears to be an inadvertent error occurred due to slip of tongue or accidentally, which needs to be corrected. Correction of such error does not affect merit of the order.
4. Hence, in para Nos.3, 4 and 6 of the order dated 02.07.2026, the words “arrears of mesne profits” be corrected in red ink as "arrears of rent". The correction made in the original order be uploaded online showing asterisk (*) mark in the order that the words “arrears of mesne profits” instead of "arrears of rent" has been corrected subsequently. Rest part of the order shall remain same.
5. Accordingly, instant misc. application stands disposed of. (SUDESH BANSAL),J Pcg/96
