04/08/2026 This appeal has been filed on behalf of the appellant challenging the interim order dated 17.04.2026 passed by learned Single Judge. Admittedly, the application filed on behalf of the appellants was allowed by the learned Single Judge in the proceedings to assist the Court as intervenor. We have gone through the order dated 17.04.2026 as well as 21.05.2026.
