Order
04/08/2026 This appeal has been filed on behalf of the appellant challenging the interim order dated 03.02.2026 passed by learned Single Judge. Admittedly, the writ petition is still pending before the learned Single Judge as informed by counsel for the parties that the matter is fixed today. In that view of the matter, since the matter relates to laying Electrical Transmission Line, we request the learned Singe Judge for early disposal of the writ petition.
