1. Applicant vide instant Restoration Application No. 303/2026 seeks restoration of D.B. Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No. 843/2026, which was dismissed for non-prosecution by Registrar (Judicial) vide order dated 03.07.2026.
2. For the reasons stated in the application, which is duly supported with sworn affidavit of the competent authority of the appellant, prayer for restoration of the main appeal is allowed. Hence, D.B. Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No. 843/2026 is restored to its original number.
3. Office to proceed accordingly.
