Order

03/08/2026 The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non- compliance of the order dated 20.09.2025 passed by the Co- ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13061/2025. By the order dated 20.09.2025, the respondents were directed to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner

[2026:RJ-JP:30234] (2 of 2) [CCP-408/2026] expeditiously after affording due opportunity of hearing to all aggrieved persons. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the representation submitted by the petitioner has already been decided by the respondents-authorities vide order dated 09.07.2026. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also admits this fact that the representation submitted by the petitioner has already been decided by the respondents. In view of the above, the present contempt petition is disposed of. Contempt notices stand discharged. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to make challenge to the order of deciding the representation, if he feels aggrieved by it. (GANESH RAM MEENA),J 97/Ashish Kumar
