1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a low paid employee and he has been transferred from Shrimahaveerji to Bap, Jodhpur which is at a very distant place and due to such transfer the petitioner, who is a low paid employee, would face serious hardship in maintaining his family,

(2 of 3) [CW-12718/2026] and in such circumstances, the work performance of the petitioner would also be adversely affected.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the transfer of the petitioner in no manner can be said to be illegal and arbitrary as the services of large number of technical workmen are required in the western Rajasthan, however, in case the petitioner submits a representation, they would consider the same for posting of the petitioner at a nearby place to his hometown.

3. In view of the submissions of both the parties, the Court deems just and proper to allow the petitioner to make a representation to the respondent authorities for consideration of his case for posting/transfer at a nearby place to his hometown.

4. The petitioner would submit a representation within a period of seven days from today. In case the respondent receives any representation from the petitioner within the given time of seven days, they shall consider the same in objective manner looking to the hardship of the petitioner, who is a low paid employee and they shall pass appropriate order as early as possible.

5. Till disposal of the representation if submitted by the petitioner, the effect and operation of the impugned transfer order dated 10.07.2026 qua the petitioner shall remain stayed and he shall be allowed to continue at Shrimahaveerji.

6. In case the petitioner fails to submit the representation within the given time of seven days, this interim order will automatically seize its effect.

7. Writ petition stands disposed.

(3 of 3) [CW-12718/2026]

8. Stay application as well as pending application/s, if any, also stand/s disposed. (GANESH RAM MEENA),J Gaurav Srivastava/13
