29/07/2026 After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner made a limited prayer that the petitioner may be allowed to make a representation with regard to her grievances raised in this writ petition. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case any such representation is received from the petitioner, they will consider it objectively.

[2026:RJ-JP:29544] (2 of 2) [CW-13739/2026] In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondent authorities within a period of seven days. Stay application as well as pending application/s, if any, also stand/s disposed.
