1. By filing this writ petition, the petitioner has made a limited prayer to issue directions to Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal (for short, 'the Tribunal')to adjudicate and decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner bearing No. 2969/2024 expeditiously as early as possible.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Tribunal on 24.09.2024 with regard to his grievances related to promotion. He submits that the pleadings in the said appeal are completed and the same is still

[2026:RJ-JP:29372] (2 of 2) [CW-12734/2026] pending for adjudication due to which the petitioner is suffering his legal rights.

3. Taking into consideration the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and so also the fact that the appeal before the Tribunal was preferred on 24.09.2024 and the pleadings are completed and so also considering the issue agitated in the appeal, the Court feels that ends of justice would meet if the directions are issued to the Tribunal to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner/appellant expeditiously.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the Tribunal to decide the appeal No. 2969/2024 as early as possible and preferably within a period of four months from the date of submitting the certified copy of this order.

5. Stay application as well as pending application/s, if any, also stand/s disposed. (GANESH RAM MEENA),J Gaurav Srivastava/14
