Order
28/07/2026 The learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing at some length, made a limited prayer that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation to the competent respondents authorities as regards his grievances as raised in the present writ petition. In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents authorities with regard to his grievances as raised in the present writ petition.
